Thank you very much for your letter of 25^th June in answer to my enquiry re the fossil recoveries in Queensland. Also many thanks for your information re relationship of Archaeopteryx and the Coelurosaurus.

I would be appreciated if at any time information along these lines turns up amongst any of the recoveries which may be made in the future you might advise me.

I am enclosing a copy of Chicken Bone Recoveries (1984) which may be of interest to you and some of your colleagues. I might add that since publishing this book more important information on the subject has come to hand. This will be published as a supplement to my next book in the series which is entitled the Gallus species, hopefully before the end of the year.
